RE: Southern California PCH Cruise, BBQ, bondfire GTG
LOL.
Alright guys, back on topic. I've concluded that it's gonna be hard to find a particular place to have our bondfire/BBQ.
So here is the plan I came up with:
-We set up a meeting point for all of us to meet up. There are probably smaller meeting points as always from the areas: SGV, IE, OC and such.
-We will then have a nice cruise together on PCH with the beautiful scenaries SoCal style. At this point, we can take some rolling shots.
-This part would be the tricky part but we should be alright since we have our 2 way radios! We will cruise down and actually look for an empty parking lot on the beach with some empty firepits. It's extremely hard for me to know a particular beach as I can't predict if it's gonna be full or not; also the fact that we cannot reserve the spot adds on to it. I'm extremely sorry about this condition. [:@]
I want to make it easier on all of us but it's not possible in this scenario. By the way, channel on the 2 ways will be announced at the meeting spot.
-When we are parked, we could first start with our activities. Football is one of the things on the list. What about volleyball?
-When the sun is going down, we will start the bondfire, roast our marshmallows, and have our hot chocolates.
Since this is going to be another potluck BBQ, your contribution on food, utensils, or any other things you would like to bring would be appreciated.
This GTG is open to all; new members to all the old-schoolers, please feel free to join us. We can use all the supports we can get.
Let's keep the SoCal spirit strong (especially because Nam is back!) [sm=smiley20.gif]
