Nam, I'd look at a nice set of 18" if I were you.

BTW, my Koni's are now scheduled for June 8th.[:@][:'(] I guess that I'll be coming to the GTG with a HUGE wheel gap again.[] Oh well, my paint job and body are absolutely perfect, and it's better than a minivan!

Cheers!

Aww....

Sad to say, I can't make it June 3rd at all....and I won't be buying my wheels until later, LATER this year.
I just blew over 3K on my new MAC PRO!!! Woooooo!!!!
and about to go spend another $600 on some software and dj ****...then $1900 on more DJ gear.
hopefully, I can make up the cash spent on gigs soon enough.

Anyway, hope everyone has fun.

ok, i stumbled on this wheel that looks sooo much like the VMR 714's, don't know why they're so similar, what do you guys think?

I like them.

Make sure to take your time with this one. It's a big purchase and if you buy something that you don't like, then it is painful everyday to look at your car. I've seen a LOT of people switching out wheels because they made wrong initial choices.

Cheers!

sad day for the Audinam

woke up, felt like doing a canyon run, so started driving to Palomar Mountain, for those of you who ran palomar with me in the past, well, you remember that Casino there right? well, i decided to stop in a lil bit before the canyon run.........5 hours later, i figured it was time for me to leave before i have no money leftto get home.......i learned my lesson today, if you want rims for your Audi, don't go to the damn casino. so i'll have to delay my wheel purchase for 2 months. [:'(] oh yeah, i didn't even make it to the Palomar Run........

I also figured, i think i'm gonna run out my tires before doing the wheel purchase, i'm happy with my set-up....... AND NO ONE CAN TELL ME OTHERWISE.......um.......except for Chef...... and Richard........ and Jeff........... and Jason....... and Cheng.......... and Jet........ and Adam........and Doug..DAMMIT!!!!! SH*T!!!!!!! but seriously, i'm happy with my setup.....so no worries Chef, we're still gonna be twins for a while.

Nam, sorry for your loss. The native americans are trying to regain their land back one dollar at a time.

I won't tease you about the wheels because I plan on keeping my sport rims too. Just don't gamble anymore dude!!!

I originally started reading your post and thought you had wrecked the car...at least your baby is safe!

Cheers!

thanks guys, i normally don't go gambling, today was the first time in 8 months. oh well, at least i had fun driving there.

Thanks Jet, you're always a good buddy, can't wait til the gtg.

you think i should get wheels spacers for my stock wheels then? it seems like i can push it out by 6-7mm in the rear and maybe 5mm in front. we'll see.
