this decker canyon run......... where is it at? is it the same as ortega hwy?
No....way off. Decker is off the 101 off Westlake Blvd, north of the SFV. Its a highway that runs through to PCH.
It is also known as Highway 23 South. I take it quite often on my motorcycle...
