... i actually used to melt cheese on rice...lol

yeah, i'm a big fan of cheese... i would take a whole plate of warm rice...spread a little butter across the top then melt cheese on top of that... it was a great snack.... growing up my mom didn't cook much, so i ate that and toast...lol... i love bread........ oooo... toast with cheese melted on top too

 

yeah Jet it's called a grilled cheese sandwich, been around for awhile now.

5 year old aged Cheddar from Vermont.........

or fresh motzarella, made the day off...........

and Tangy Chevre spreaded over a water biscuit..........

extra aged parmesan, not the crappy stuff, but the really dry stuff that you bite into the calcium deposits

of gooey espoisses...... smellly smellly gooey fresh cheese on warm country bread toast......


yum........ man, i gotta stop writing about food at 1 am, makes me hungry.....
