I just got rolled.... =(
SO I was coming back from chula vista.... rolling up the 15n, in the fast lane minding my own business. I was going about 80, rolling with traffic. Next thing I know I get lit up from behind, and thinking he wanted to get buy, I go to the right, and he follows me.... So I keep going over, then he tells me to pull off the freeway. Thinking I had a tail light out, I stop, he comes up and ask's me for my stuff, I hand it over. He comes back, and hands me a citation for going 90.... and I just said excuse me sir but I'm afraid you pulled over the wrong car, I had my cruise on 80 the whole way! he says he clocked me, so I just signed the citation, and he let me on my way... WHAT THE FUUUCCCKKK.
I can't have my perfect driving record scarred by this ****, not to mention I sure as hell can't afford another speeding ticket right now, grrrr.
*pissed*

Don't pay attention to doug's link... gotta pay for their info... i gots it for free foo!
Anyways, since your in san diego, i got 2 ways for you to fight the ticket.
The first is http://www.mrtrafficticket.com/index.html A guy on another forum paid the guy $100 and the lawyer went to court for him, etc... Not too bad, he got off also.
The 2nd is the link that doug gave above, already paid for and everything. http://ticketassassin.com/docs/forms.html
Best advice, DON'T GET PULLED OVER!!!
Do what you wish, good luck.

No, no, no. If you are not eligible for traffic school, the first thing you do is to get a 60 day extension from the Superior Court where your case is. Then you fight, via the Trial by Written Declaration as detailed in Ticket Assassin.
