Twice now in the afternoon I've encountered a black RS4 doing about 85-90mph in 65-70mph traffic on southbound 880. It has a big white decal (!?!?) on the rear window.

I've tried to get him to make a brief pull but he just continues on his way weaving in and out in moderate traffic.

 

And the point of the thread?

 

Maybe next time we'll get a run in if there is a clearing and then he can continue on his way weaving through traffic.

Also to figure out what the big decal means. And if he is modded.
