Well guys, I think it's better if we can actually park together close to where we're gonna have our tent/banner/BBQ. Judging from last year, we all might have to roll in together so we can park closer.

bugzy - What's the rule for setting up a canopy? Could it be anywhere or are there designated spots? Did you ever get an 'okay' for BBQ's there?

As it is getting closer, I'm gonna start a sign up list of what everyone's bringing as we're planning to have some food there.

yeah mike, I was pretty impressed with the quality of that carne asada, but I'm grabbing mine from an actual carniceria.

Speaking of which, does anyone have a grill, small enough that they can take with them to the meet? I've got one but it's kind of attached to the wall of stone.

Well, if BBQ is approved I'm probably gonna bring some hotdogs, buns, and burgers.
