This very revealing information will attest how a well-known German global corporate entity has abused its discretion by making False, Fraudulent and Untruthful representation to manipulate and abscond from its responsibilities in legitimate technical and commercial contracts with a private corporate entity, Auto Prominence Corporation (APC).
