Default Bit advice for my taxi suspension

Hi, I bought an A6 1.9 TDI Sport a year back as it looked the dogs with its cream interior and lowered look. BUT I use this as my taxi and to be honest I find the suspension too hard around the town but amazing on a motorway and it goes round corners as if on rails lol. But with me doing more around the town work I was wondering what the job would be like to change it for softer suspension and would I regret it for the road handling. Im more like a limo driver when Ive got customers in the car and like to just cruise along but love my time of opening it up a bit GOD help me please.

I hate it when Im driving along and I hit a bump or speed hump its not nice for my customers or me to be honest.

Is it as simple as a spring and shockers change and would it be a straight swap.

Any help would be more appreciated thanks.

New to Audi myself, but, I would suggest looking into Koni adjustable shocks. You can set them for a softer ride around town and stiffen them later if you wish.
