Hey Everyone,

I have a 2008 A4 Quattro with some steering issues. I've had it into the dealer (certified warranty) but because they have failed to replicate the problem and have sent me on my way. I just recently dropped it off along with some video footage of the problem, but they are still dragging their feet on some type of resolution. I'm attaching the links to the clips I shot to this email. Could you take a minute and reply with any thoughts???

2 issues. First is this really weird feedback in the steering wheel (interior) with a noise (that sounds like a pump is struggling to keep up) when backing up or pulling forward at 0 to 3mph - like parking. The second (video of exterior) is some metal noise from the steering linkage when turning from stop to stop.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated so I can go into the dealer with some type of recommendation.
