Default 225TT and an S2000

I have a 2001 225TT with a APR chip and forge DV. My friend just picked up a 2001 S2000 no mods yet. We went from a roll at about 10mph, I beat him by about a half a car. We also went from a light and I ended up about a whole car length ahead. Both times it was up to 80mph Very cool car lots of fun but just isn't an Audi HAHAHA!!!

s2ks are only made in manual i beleive. They are quick cars, if u ever drive on however, notice the power is only available way up top. It makes u feel like you have to beat the **** out of it to perform. But once it does. Hold on. The new ones are the fastest, a friend of mine has an 06. He kills me thru the corners continoulsy, but i shut him down in a line.

Yeah I didn't realize how quick S2000's were until I saw one in action and it impressed me. I did notice it took until the higher RPM's to make power though.

your friend doesn't know how to drive an S2000. Agreed, you will take him off the line, but you beat the driver, not the car.

A well-driven S2000 should walk your TT. No offense, and not calling you a liar, just stating the facts.

S200's pull hard. I beat them by abouta car but I have tons of goodies on my TT225 to be able to do so (stock vs stock and it is very ugly). 1/8 mile different story, I have them by 2 cars.

The latest S2000 is a 14.0 car professionally driven. I have read on this site that it is possible to get into the 13's with a 225 TT with a chip and bolt ons. Your buddy probably didn't drive the **** out of it, like you need to do with the S2000, but it's not like he'd walk away from you if he did.

at a PROPER launch that s2k would destroy any hope of victory you've ever had. They're supposed to properly launch at 7k for maximum potential. Idk what happened, either he didn't launch, or doesn't know how to drive it, either way, he should be able to take you no problem.

Good burn tho,

I don't think you shoulda taken this race my friend...

But thats just my opinion, like stated above.. didnt beat the car, but you did beat the driver.

Don't Honda S2000s rev to like 9k? Or something insanely awesome, they seem like they'd be a blast, put exhaust on one of those hoes, HIT V-TAK, NAWHAIMSAYING?
