well.. 808hp is not easy to reach.. lots of tuning to get it that far..
500-600+whp evo's there are quite a few of now though.. that's not as tricky to get to.
however the gt42r kit itself when it starts selling (which could be right now actually) was going to be about 8-9k i believe!.. a little more than any of their other kits which are around 4-5k.
personally i would prefer their GT3076R or GT35R kit.. it makes more sense.. or even GT3071R to make it a beast at a road race track with insane spoolup and still close to 500hp!

Please tell me you meant to say "That's what you get with a racer" and not a "ricer". The 4G63 sounds like sex to me. It also only sounds like that cause it has a completely unrestricted exhaust and is making some ungodly amount of power. Your everyday Evo or DSM sounds a lot different.
