2015 S3 Audi-Connect Issue
I bought my 2015 Audi S3 exactly one month ago and the car has been great with the exception of one issue. The Audi-connect is not working. When I initially took delivery of the car the Audi-connect was working fine the only issue was somehow between the dealer and AT&T they forgot to set me up for six months free service, this appears to be when the real problem began. When AT&T went back to modify my account for 6 months free service that's when Audi-connect stopped working. Needless to say my car with less than 1500 miles on it has been at the dealer for almost a week troubleshooting this Audi-connect issue. The Audi technician is saying all components in the car are functioning correctly no fault codes with any of the MMI functions and AT&T is saying the account is active but I've got no wifi service. I'm just waiting for an explanation as to what the problem is. BTW I do have an A3 loaner however I'm missing my S3 right about now!!!!

For anyone who read the original thread about the Audi-Connect issue and wanted to know what the problem was, it turned out to be the Infotainment module in the glove box was bad. The price for new module $3500.00! Glad it was covered under warranty!
