Varying power? B5 S4

Pull your divertor valves and perform the most basic of ops check. Manually push the valve open with a finger, and then put your thumb over the vac-nipple to seal it off. Now release your finger holding the valve open. If you've sealed the nipple the valve should only partly close, then pull your thumb off to watch it slam close. As long as the vac-diaphram inside isn't wripped - then normally you will be able to restore near-new performance by cleaning the valve out internally with a cloth and ensuring the piston moves evenly inside.

have you replaced all your vac lines, especially the ones covered in fabric that attach to the diverter valves?

Woo! Fixed it. I think it was a combination of the MAF sensor and the cloth vacuum line to the DV. It felt a bit loose so I really wedged it on there. I'll be getting a new one tomorrow. And the MAF screen is now shiny and so is the sensor. Thanks for the help guys!
