Default Ultimate S4 Bolt-On's

I know this subject has been covered in various threads and for different items.
So I would like to get a consensus of opinion as to what the most effective
parts, by vendor, do justice to the S4 Avant Tiptronic.
I am going with a Level 10 Trans upgrade and torque converter. While the engine and front subframe are dropped, I will do the K04 Turbos, and upgrade the intercoolers, TBB
and anything else you can think of that can be bolted on. Dont want to get into cams or anything internal. Probably do the injectors etc as well. Any help will be gratefully recieved. When a V70R Volvo passes me, I know it's time for action........

So... I'm not sure what you want.

Do you want to know where to find vendors for the KO4 kit?
Do you want to know which coilovers to get?
Or are you set on those and are looking for additional ideas?

I have the coil overs done. The 18" Ronal R38's are on. What I'd like to know is the best place to get the turbo kit, dont need the headers. Also the injector kit, intercoolers and anything else relevant................

Both APR and AWE have great KO4 kits; They also offer the additional support hardware/software.

APR offers their proprietary software to support the KO4's while AWE offers the GIAC software (with whom they have a strong engineering relationship) to support the KO4's. Both vendor/tuners have their own in-house design of plumbing, but their tranny upgrades are subbed out.

So... either way, you'll get a great setup.

Thanks. I'll let you know how it goes.......Did you see my Audi ALMS shots in the members photo gallery?? I've found that a lot of guy's who are into street hot rods dont show too much interest in the racing side of Audi, which is a little strange to me. I live for racing and make a living from it. The street side is just a perk..........Am I right????

It's the next level up from street modding. Many guys (probably most) don't take the leap to that level. I'm not sure if it's ignorance, insecurity, or just a comfort level with where they are (maybe they don't have the need or desire to go further with their cars). I think it's like anything else; as a hobby gets more refined/sophisticated or more eccentric, the popularity of the hobby diminishes.
