Default Sunroof Conversion

Hey everyone, so for some reason ive looked at everyones's s4's and they all have sunroofs. i dont know why but for some reason mine didnt come with one. The people who had it before never got one (i didnt even know this was an option, i assumed it came with the car...) anyways i have no idea but i would like to put a sunroof in... is this possible and where could i go about looking to do this...?

The sunroof delete was a super rare option and i believe it makes your car lighter. Personally i wouldnt go through the trouble of putting one in.

Youll need, the whole sunroof assembally with motor, controlls, headliner, roof and wiring. Totaled S4's might be the best source.

If you do it dibs on your old headliner.

My S4 is the same way! I just like to think of it as it makes my car even more rare lol. Nogaro w/ blue alcantara - minus sunroof = One of a kind! haha except I wish it had a sunroof!

yeah me too. its like you look up and there is no sunroof. On all my cars (volvo 850 glt, audi a4 2.8) ive always had a sunroof, but now that i have my dream car b5 s4!!! i was suprised mine didnt come with it. But i love the car soo much that honestly it doesnt bother me. The only thing i love more than my car is my gf!!!

I would consider yourself lucky. That at least 50-100 pounds of weight savings. I wish I could have found a S4 without a sunroof. I personally hate sunroof. The let in more road noise and sooner or later they will leak if you live in a wet climate... yes I've had a couple of bad experiences with sunroofs.
