Stage IV Brakes

Stage IV Brakes
I currently have 2000 S4 with Stage IV braking from ECS. I have looked all over for winter rims that will fit...Does anyone know of any websites that sell rims that are acceptable for winter?
Any input is greatly appreciated

RE: Stage IV Brakes
As far as winter wheels, any wheel should be fine. Most people go cheap, as you are most likely to damage a wheel in the winter. This also usually means smaller wheels (it has other benefits too), but on the ECS site they say 18" minimum so it looks like your going to be buying 18" wheels. The only drawback is that winter tires are more difficult to find and more expensive in larger sizes. Id probably go for Flik Justices, but as i said just about any 18" wheel will work. Concerning fitment: ECS has a template there outlining the minimum clearance. Its found below. I believe if the difference is not too large you can just use wheel spacers, allthough im not sure iv never used a spacer.

On a tangent i was looking at the stage 4 ECS kit, how do you like it?

Thanks for the info HP Addict, I tried that template on a few different 18’s and they according to that template they wouldn’t fit (I am assuming that the template is accurate)
I love the Kit, you can stop on a dime. Does take some getting use to at first but I absolutely love em'

PorscheKid, Are yours the ECS 993 TT brakes? Do you like them? You say stockers fit on, that could be the deciding factor for me... I have stock calipers right now and theres only about 2mm clearance with my summer wheels.

I'm assuming mine are the 993TT and not the 996TT but haven't really looked into it. Unfortunately, (or fortunately for me), the previous ownder did the BBK swap. I have to use an adapter with the 18's but not the stock 17's. But I love the brakes, they give off perfect feel and rip your face off if you slam them on. They are larger than the ones on my Boxster too.
