it is the best investment ever.. if anyone even knocks on my car it pages me..it is also a remote start..it cost me 500 installed..it shows where and what is broken if anything does get broken..for example your driver door opens it shows it opening on the keypad. and the cool thing about it it has a call feature .there is a little pad in the bottom corner of my windshield and say one of your friends is outside your house they can just knock on the windshield and my keypad rings liek a phone..i thought thats pretty cool..
i am just sahring what i have abnd definitely would suggest it if your worried about people breaking into it..
oh and it has a silent alarm feature to so your horn and siren dont go off it just pages you so you can go out there and meet whoever it is.

 

i may have to get one of those. My buddy had the exact same thing on his 3000gt

 

i had a dei version of that on my s-10 after someone broke into it in a safe neighborhood

 

I'm sorry to hear someone tried to steal your S4. I don't live too far away (North NJ too) and have never had any problems anyone trying to steal the car. I have a two-way pager alarm and kill switch too, for what it's worth. That gas station probably has your personal info like address right? I'm wondering if someone took that information and came back to try to steal your car.. Anyway, I am glad to hear your car is still there and intact. I'm very surprised to hear about this in Morris Plains, it is supposed to be a low-crime area!
