Default should I be worried??

I was getting everything torn down today to get her ready for the motor pull and i took the intercoolers off just to make sure no one kicked them...when I pulled the passenger side it was nice and dry inside. When i pulled the drivers side it had alot of wet old oil in the pipes and in the intercooler. I have K04s on the way but I was just wondering if their was anything else i should worry about, if the oil could be coming from anywhere else??

I wouldn't be super worried. I've heard that it isnt uncommon for oil to collect in the lower intercooler pipes. Definitely check your seals out for big leaks, but otherwise every tune up pull the hose and dump whatever oil has collect. This will also let you monitor the seepage over time.
