The search for an S4 has begun!!
I'm currently looking into purchasing an S4. I have a 98 A4 now and its just time to move on. As I am looking around I have found a couple cars that have caught my eye. Several of them are automatics and I was wondering the differences between the power and how they drive vs a manual. Obvious its to each his own and I'm test driving two this week so I'll have a better idea. So far I have me eye on two 2006 S4's both around 27k.
Anything I need to waych out for? I've been trolling through this and the scaudi forums looking at mods, bugs, and upgrades. I'm hyped...

dont know much about the b6 and b7 s4's besides i had a buddy of mine that had piston scarring and pretty much had audi rebuild his engine for like 11 grand.. that being said i think the b5's are more fun.. much more modding and changing for major power increases thats just me but yeah.. bunch of problems too...

I know a great S4 for sale with lowww miles
Mike, great car ... can't say enough about it. I've had my B7 S4 for about 9 months and I still look for any excuse to take it out. Goes from street to track without sweating too. AWESOME car with an AWESOME V8. Totally blows away my heavily modified '00 1.8T.
That said ... I know a great car for sale that's an '06 Special Edition, 1 of 250 made, with very low mileage. I AM NOT a dealer, but I do have a friend at the local Porsche dealership that tips me off to special cars. This is one of them.
Email me if you want details. They're hurtin' to sell these cars, now's the time to buy one.
