I have a 5-year-old S3 with only 16k miles on it. Oxford Audi have told me that Audi suggest a cambelt replacement because of the age, despite the low mileage. Has anybody else done this? Just curious...

If the belt looks good I wouldn't worry about it. but yes the book says to do a cam belt. I would wait for it to leak (Waterpump) if your straped for cash.
