I was driving in the rain on Monday, careful to avoid any large puddles and if going through them taking it slow.

During the drive it seamed as if the car was all of a sudden less responsive. Out of gear revving it seamed slow to rev up.

After the drive I stopped in the parking garage where I live and the car was noticeably louder from under the hood. I am not sure exactly how to describe the sound.

I had the timing belt, water pump and belt tensioned done two weeks ago. Any ideas what could be the issue? I always cool off after a long or hard drive, and baby this car.
