Are piggie pipes actaully benefical?.. are they better than the stock DP's.

I was looking at Downpipes from like AWE, Autospeed, and everything over 1000$... too expensive..

If i get Piggie pipes will it just do the same job?

are they really loud??

Piggie pipes are gutted stock dp's with relocated O2 sensors.

"you can "piggiefy" the stockers by removing the first set of cats (precats) and moving the o2 sensors BEHIND the main cats , so they can read "cleaned exhaust gas" . the secondary o2 sensors (stock location=infront on the main cats under the car) oversee the efficiency of the precats , once these are removed=no efficiency= error code(check engine light on)."
