Default P1136 won't go away

Engine was throwing P1136 and P1138s. Inspected vacuum lines and found that the intake hose clamp was not quite on tight, causing the air hose to be slightly loose. Got the clamp on tight, the P1138s went away but the P1136s persist.

I'm going to go back and double check all the hoses, but what are some simple diagnostics I can run on MAF, O2 sensor, etc to see if I have another problem. I'm using an Actron to pull codes; will having a VAG help me better pinpoint this issue?

P1136 = long term fuel trim, idling, bank 1- system too lean,

probable causes are fuel pressure/pump, leaky injectors, intake/ exhaust leak, AIR system hose leak

I guess you have a vacuum leak some where

typically this code comes up with a MAF that is on the way out. ive never seen it being effected by O2 sensor, however if an O2 is hanging high, this will enrich the air/fuel mix. check the O2 values and make sure they are switcing from high to low. how is your idle? is it smooth or rough? check history values for any misfires, may have a phantom causing this issue. clear out the code and reset your rediness. get back to us

EGR temp sensor 2/bank 2 short to ground P1458

the other codes are a result of this fault

I don't have a picture of the offender but from memory it sits on top of the EGR valve and wire connection going to it, you need to check if the wires are damaged before resorting to replacement of the unit ( perhaps some one could show a picture )

yea, I got to go back and triple check because I wasn't able to find one. Was hoping the EGT code was the silver bullet
