I think you are stuck getting a new one. I think most used ones are going to have a motor attached to it.
Check out some of the places that sell Audi parts, I'm sure they can get them for you.
Passast oil pan? What engine? Doesn't sound right to me, more like the 2.8 oil pan might fit.
But really, a $200 part is going over budget? If so, you should sell the car now, and save your self from Top Ramen 3x a day later.

Thanks for the help guys. I did just by a new pan and found out the block is cracked. so Now I need to find a stripped block? and the 200.00 wasn't over budget. but If I can find a cheaper way of doing something with the same quality. Thats why I am a hudge fan of DIY.

allegedly, Audi are not designed for hitting large bumps on dirt roads and flying throughout the air. that's allegedly. So naturally I had to find this out for myself and. yeah it's true Audi are not made for flying through the air.
