Default Need Quick response on compressing rear brake piston

I know I need the tool, but is there anyway that i can do it without? I can fit one pad in but i cant fit the other since i cant compress the piston. I know you have to turn it but that damn thing isnt budging.

No. I've never heard of that. I just use a kit from Blue point? or Stahlwelle? put some rust bust on the piston. It threads right to retract. also check the boot and regreece if neccesary.

i rented that part from advance auto and it worked perfectly, all was good except my rear driver side piston got stuck. it completely killed one of the new pads, bent it and broke some of the pad off of it, so im just going to put one of the old pads on it that had the least amount of wear. My girlfriends step dad and i worked on the piston for awhile, cleaned it and got it to work again so now im in business. Still waiting on my 10,000k headlights though
