Mysterious windshield washer fluid loss

Mysterious windshield washer fluid loss
I have a 2000 S4, and recently started losing windshield washer fluid. No puddles, no signs of leak underbody. Fill it up one day, and after driving, fluid level drops, eventually to zero.
Anyone hear of such a thing? Had it checked at local shop - he put it under pressure, couldn't get it to leak. Mystery to him, too.

RE: Mysterious windshield washer fluid loss
It's either from a leaky tank, where the hose connects, or from a leaking headlight washer nozzle.
If you remove the belly pan, & look up at the tank, if there is any residue there, it's your leak, same for the nozzle, there will be some crust around where it's getting out.
