IMHO, the 993, 911 is the BEST Porsche to own, it's the final aircooled motor, most refined suspension.
Of course cars like the 959 are better, but I can't have one of them![]

RWD is a lot of fun to! I do miss power sliding around corners.

It's the AWD EVO that lead me to the S4, but as you know, the S4 handles nothing like the EVO, but it's still a awesome car. I traded in my 5 series BMW for it.
The EVO fit the bill of my M3, that was a lot of fun no matter what time of year. Good tires & a LSD will do wonders in the snow.
Unless I hit the lotto, the 959, or 911tt is just a little to rich for me, I always figure out total cost of ownership. That's why I'll never own another Italian car, TCO
way to high! So far the EVO is the cheapest car to own, modify & maintain.

993 C4S, eh? You might like this then, my new love...

EDIT: BTW it's not a "Turbo", the guy spent two years making a custom Twin Turbo setup for his C4S

I like how the WG dumps right out the back (small 0 under the bumper).

keep in mind STI's are geared very short for Rallying, and hence the rediculous acceleration they have at lower speeds. But up top they can't keep up as much. And S4's have very tight 4th-6th gears and are geared for higher speeds.

back to the sti question. I ran one from a 40 roll and 1 1/2 or 2 cars on him by 115. It was a 03 sti with exhaust and bov

That depends on where you live... from what you are describing (2003 STi sounds like overseas). Sti's came out in 2004 in the U.S. with a 2.5L engine.. Overseas, STi's have always been 2.0L, That is until the introduction of the 2.5L in 2006 overseas
