Default Loss of power - 2.7T - loose tube

I was logging data when something popped and I lost power/boost.

Built a boost leak tester and connected compressed air to the intake Y pipe (capped off PCV).
Found LOTS of air blowing out a pipe that starts right up on top, under the PCV valve, goes forward on top of the engine, then down and back. The end of that tube is loose, and the air blow out of a hole that feels as if the end of the tube should be in there. The hole feels as if it is a cast on section.

What is the sensor on top of the engine, under the PCV called (see first photo)?

What runs through the tube which goes from the top all the way to the botton on driver side?

I pushed the alu tube into that hole. Seems a good fit. But how is it held in there? Glue?

Can someone explain what I need to do to get it right?

Photos below show where to tube starts and where it goes down low under engine on drivers side; air blows where tube ends

Default Tube fixed, but now worse running; codes 16487, 17965, 17834, 17743

I lost boost. Leak test and found a tube at the driver side of engine, down below close to exhaust manifold, on the intake side of turbo (it seems). The alu tube had come out of a hole in a flange. Rivet on bracket came off allowing tube to slide out.
Put tube back in and used wire to secure in place (instead of rivet) and JB Weld.

Today, car barely running, hickups, ABS and CEL come in. Managed to drive by very carefully massaging the throttle. ABS goes on/off, but CEL now is permanently on.

I unplugged teh N80 connector, but that did not help. Put it back on.

When back, checked the tube. Seems to still be in place.

Tube runs up the side of the engine, under the intake Y tube. There merges with same tube coming from right side. Going to lots of other hoses that connect to as sensor (Evaporative Emission (EVAP) canister purge regulator valve -N80).

I have seen 17965 charge pressure control error before.
I installed Forge 007 a few weeks ago, but would not expect to have an impact?

Any suggestions?
