Hello Audi enthusiasts. I am strongly considering buying a new or very late model S4 Avant, but since I'm not really into Audis I wanted to ask few questions:
- How much longerwill the current (B7 I believe) bodystyle be around? I don't want to get into something that will go through a major redesign/body changesoon.
- Since this will be my everyday driver, how is the S4 suspension when it comes to bumpy city roads? Is it very sporty and stiff? I like good handling, but don't want to sacrifice comfort.
- What MPG are you getting?
- Is the cabin free of noises, squeaks and rattles or are any of you experiencing these?
- I've heard that Audi includes free maintenance? Couldn't find this info anywhere on Audi site, so can anyone confirm this?
- Does the S4 come with summer or all-season tires?
- Would you honestly buy that car again if you had a chance?
- Other suggestions? Please feel free to throw anything. Thanks a lot!

The B6/B7 ride and build quality is excellent. No rattles or squeeks. That is impressive for a performance car. The S4 comes with performance summer tires. Yes I would buy a S4 again if my car was totaled. It is a awesome car right out of the box. You need to test drive one to get the idea of how good the S4 is.

 

I have a 2005 convertible. No rattles or any noise other than the usual noise for the rag top. Even in Chicago roads, the ride is firm but comfortable. Just watch out for the potholes. Would I buy one again, YES.
