Default Just recieved my 19" Polished Forged DTM 7 spoke from Hartmann....

I got them yesterday. I opened up the 4 boxes and noticed how light they were. 21.75 LBS for a 19" forged polished 7 spoke. Quality of the wheels are excellent. Offset are 30et. It puts the rim and tire at the end of the fender just about perfect. It is a very aggressive look. I put a coat of wax on the wheels and put them on late last night. Tires are Falkens new FK 452 in 235/35/19 ZR 91Y. I squeezed in a quick ride last night before the rain moved in. It rides much better than I thought. Tires were very quiet. I really could'nt tell much of a difference between the 18" wheels. I got a chance to take a few quick shots today between the rain showers.
Much better photos to come.

Default Pic of 18" Avus and 19" 7 spoke

18" look small next to a 19" wheel without a lip.

Being poished without a clearcoat, they can be super bright or can be let dull abit for a flatter aluminum finish. They have a very "German racing bright finish look" to them.

Very nice - they look great - really compliment the car.

I find my 19" RS4 replicas with Yoko AVS run really nice and smooth...as long as the road is as well...otherwise they transmit quite a bit (which is OK by me)...they also have got quite a bit noisier with age...my ride is also not as smooth as it once was....imperfections in the wheels (bent)...which I have come to expect with 19"s (driving in & around Washington DC! etc

19"ers look so good, I am willing to tolerate a crisper ride. I know the roads around D.C are not great. Is one of your wheels bent now? My roads (central Pa) are not the best either but the S4 is put away for the snow months so I baby it anyway on roads I dont know.

At least one (of the RS4 replicas)...and at leasty one noticibly for sure...as are perhaps all (4) of the 19" OZ Supperleggaras I used to run (outright cracked 2 of them)...making that 6 I went through...at least...great wheels - super light - but would bend if you breathed on them heavily. The RS4reps are much sturdier - and I am careful (but I don't drive like an old lady either...)- and I do change them out for 17"s with snows in the winter (they even get bent on me here & there...lol)....but no matter how careful I am there are always rough roads - unseen bumps or road cuts or what have you...doesn't always seem to take much...I live with it - because I like the look and the firmness/lack of sway - and you will too - but be prepared to replace one now and again - and hope as well that those Falkens have stiff sidewalls (unlike the Toyo Proxis I used to run)...don't know how many tires I ruined due to blowouts...a few...and the wheels they road on were imediattly toast - even when I would imediatly stop...(...lighter then tin Superleggaras...why I don't run them anymore...besides the grey anodized being no longer available)...[:@]

I love the wheels! If I had known about them when I got my DTM's they would be on my ride now.

I picked up one of the wheels at Waterwagens, there super light & don't look that blinged out in person.
