Inner tire wear
My 2005 S4 has only inner tire wear, any help?
Allignment issues or just a issue with the all Audis?

Could be an alignment issue, or possible your tie rod ends- outer are going and need to be replaced. Or a CV boot is ripped n needs replacement.
