Default impossible coolant leak!!

ok so i finished doing the clutch on my 2000 s4 and while i pulled the trans i noticed a few drips of coolant, it seemed to go awhile so i thought nothing of it, i got everything back together and started the s and coolant came pouring out and i cant find for the life of my where its coming from. I called my local audi performance shop and they told me when the do clutchs on s4's that most of the time they bump that metal coolant rail that runs to the back of the heads and into the block and that i just needed to replace all the o rings. so i took off the intake manifold and there is just a puddle of coolant below the manifold and no its not the auxilary water pump it doesnt leak a drop. so i replaced the o rings and poured coolant in and still leaking. it drips down the d/s of the bell housing when the car isnt running and it fills up below the intake manifold, i cant see or feel where its starting, so if anyone have any tips or advice id appreciate it, im very stuck and frustrated and i want my s. haha.

my shop says the coolant tanks crack a lot. maybe try replacing the unit? that's what I just had to do with mine while it's being services.
*Thumbs up for DIY. I wish I had that knowledge and tools!

Check under the intake manifold for coolant leaks. The afterrun coolant pump is a common problem, and a bitch to fix.
