In the hunt for my S4
Ok you guys for the past three months now I have been in the hunt to find a Nogaro blue S4 and thought I would never find one in Colorado and was about to have one shipped to me but I think I might have found one and am looking for everyones opinion tell me if this is fair. I found a 2000 S4, Stg 2, Nogaro blue with silver/white int, man 6spd and has 72,000 miles on it. He is looking to get $19,000 for it, I feel that is a little high seeing how this car blue books at 16k, I feel a fair price with mods is 17.5k to 18k. Also this car was going to be a rally car at one time so it has no sunroof.....Here is the list of mods, you guys tell me if 19k is a fair price or he is asking way to much....He also has a spare set of the stock turbos laying around that he got off of a friend that he is going to through in when selling it and they only have 30k miles on them. Tell me what you think.

RE: In the hunt for my S4
Service looks decent enough, but there is plenty of S4's out there rihgt now for much cheaper. hell if u want silver i have seen some clean Stag3's for that price. Stage 2 for prolly like 15k.
But hey its your call in the end, also u say there isnt to many around there so your prolly paying a little premium on the car . Deffinatey test before you buy.

Im just saying that there is not to many, if any,of the Nogaro blue S4s around herewith under 90k miles.Im going to test drive it Sunday and if he is not willing to come down to 17.5 im going to have to walk away from it, in the long run more will come up its not the only one out there......and matt thanks for the offer but I have my mind set on a blue one, once I saw one in person I knew I had to have one lol.

ok what he says the price is for all the mods cut it in half and then the car will also be kind of beat with those kind of mods. I would say 16500 no more and that is high, plus for that price you should get at least the old nav in the car.
