Blue_S4, nitrous does it's best work down low. Believe me, I've emptied a lot of bottles over the years. It will add on the top end sure. People hurt parts because they don't know how to tune it right. Sure the initial hit can be brutal but, you set the car up right, and it works wonders. There are progressive timers that bring the nitrous more slowlyin to negate the instantaneous, hard hit. If the people in Fast & Furious had used juice at launch correctly, they wouldn't have needed it to catch up.

I was thinking, in this instance, a small shot would help overcome the converter......slip it a bit at launch raising the stall speed. Nitrous will also cool the intake charge...........more HP.

No easy way to get an automatic off the line quickly. Besides being an automatic, the car weighs a million pounds. Neutral drops are not good for any car, but this one will simply drop the RPMs down to save you from yourself. I'm with you on trading off the stick for everyday commute traffic; hard to drink coffee, talk on the phone and drive a stick (and before you flame me for being an irresponsible driver, I've only run into a few things while talking on the phone and they should have jumped out of the way sooner).
As Blue points out, there are now a couple SCs out there for under $15K. If I ever get done paying off my first set of mods that's what's next for me, along with brakes.

thanks for you response,.
and I don't blame you for the whole "bad driver" type thing, basically when I drive i talk on the phone, drink water, etc all the time, and If i was in traffic it would be annoying and tiring shift up and down and having to press the clutch nonstop, especially since i work a graveyard shift, and when I get off there are trains, and alot of traffic. I really don't feel like having to change gears myself lol.
But can comeone give me sites of all the performance parts i can get?
