I have an engine from a (I believe 1996) S4. It is twin turbo and being run with an SDS. I've searched the archives and haven't been able to find any info on the power potential of this (internally stock) engine. This week I will be replacing the tiny stock turbos with a pair of Garrett GT22's. Obviously I don't want to blow it into a million pieces so I'm trying to figure out what a realistic power goal should be with at least a reasonable amount of reliability. At this point the butt dyno says about 320hp but it's a big heavy car - something I'm not used to.

SDS as in Simple Digital Systems. It's a really really basic ECU but it gets the job done.
