no you will be fine...... just goto any local car audio place and order the parts for any B5 S4 or if thats not availible order 01 A6 parts. i know that metra will offer the parts for it. OH by the by that product is out of stock on crutchfield. Why not just buy the Panasonic one if thats your price range.?

 

They will have to fabricate a faceplate to go behind the unit and take up the space not filled by that head unit, but other than htat you'll be fine
