the guy that is selling it is a mechanic. i may take it somewhere else. Probably going to offer 5500 if i like everthing and see where that gets me.

I owned a 93 urs4 for like 6 years and put 80,000 miles on it. The car was bullet proof and very fun to drive. I got rid of it at slightly over 200,000 miles. I think I sold it for like $3500.... I still kind of regret selling it. If the car your looking at was closer to me I would ****** it up in a heartbeat.

 

he has a guy that offered full price that may or may not come through on Friday. if not the seller will do 5,800 with stock rims and the bald tires that are on them. i think i will just try for 6500 with the rims and tires that are on it now. the problem with this car is that the odometer went out at 65,xxx miles(listed at 115,xxx). so i am going to take it to a shop for an inspection and hopefully they will be able to tell about how many miles are on it? also if someone with carfax could do me a favor? i would really appreciate it.

He seems upfront about the mileage situation saying that it isnt reading on the car, but i dont know if youll ever know how many are really on it. Even at 115k that car has ALOT of life left in it like oshburg said it will almost certainly last till 200,000+. Id spend $6500 on it, if it was in New England i might allready have it in my driveway.
