So I am looking for a radar detector for my cabriolet. I want a concealed one. Passport SR7 seems to be the best. Now, the $1000 + price and the installation seems little high.

I see that ehqonline has it for around $600 and they claim that the unit is *new*. Not refurb or anything like that. Anyone have experience buying it from a source that is not a 'dealer'?

Since you don’t have a clue on integrating a radar detector into a S4, don’t worry about it. For the others, anyone have the SR7 or the Bel RX75?

Good point, I should have tried the electronic forum. But, just because I have not posted a lot does not mean that I have not been online cruising for some time. I noticed that there were posts about DICE Ipod, radar detection, etc.

I noticed that there seems to be some members that like to give the newbies some flak. Not a problem as long as they can take it as well as the give it out.

You really need to see the *bling* rims he is selling on audizine.
