Disabling headlight washers b5
#2
there's a plug for the motor on the reservoir (it's the bigger of the two motors for the headlights), i suppose you could unplug the connector and plug the hose.
why do you want to disable the washers?
not sure if audi makes anything...

I don't have a garage and tools so I want to make whatever I do more of a permanent fix rather than replacing the leaking headlight washer pumps repeatedly.

This is a link for a VW where it's showing that there is a specific part to plug the reservoir if you don't want to use it. It looks like a nice neat fix. Wanted to check if someone had some experience doing something like this on a b5 and might know the part number for the plug that goes into the reservoir.

So does anyone know why the headlight washers only sometimes active when you use your windshield cleaning function?
Its kinda embarrasing, everytime I go to show one of my friends the sprayer it doesn't work. Then when Im just haning they activate everytime.
