Default diagnostic help please

Well i got my car back from the mechanic's a few weeks ago and they told me it was still throwing a code but they didn't know why. So i've been driving it for a while and i checked it with my vag com today. I am getting misfire codes on cylinders 1,2,3, and also a fuel too lean code. Any ideas what the problem might be? Thanks

MAF, or Coolant temp sensor, bad o2 or EGT, also can be bad plugs/coils, swap the coils around & see if the misfires follow.
Then, you will need to test a bunch of things.

Thanks. Within the last few thousand miles all the O2 sensors have been changed, the MAF has been changed, and so have the plugs. When i had the vag com hooked up i set up the misfire counter for all the cylinders. About once a minute i will get a cylinder 2 misfire. So it's not happening very often. Based on this info can you narrow it down any?
