Its kind of hard to tell, but it does look like there is a lot of coolant build-up toward the underside of the intake manifold, which tells me it does look like the secondary water pump. Also, in the second pic you posted, it looks like there is some leakage from a hose connection underneath the drivers side diverter valve. Might want to take a look there too before pulling off the intake manifold and spending the money for a new pump. Other than that, I think youre on the right track.
