Clutch Blown up by Dealer

RE: Clutch Blown up by Dealer
UPDATE: Got my car back yesterday-15 days in service. Clutch feels like it never did in the beginning, which is a good thing. I'm beginning to think there might have been something wrong with it in the first place. I did buy the car CPO so there's no telling what the original owner did to her.
The service agent was apologetic and showed me pictures of the blown up clutch disks, although I couldn't really see anything.
Oil is changed, Radio is fixed, New clutch assembly all for the cost of the oil change. I guess I won't write a letter to the Executive Director of Service and Quality, then again we are having problems with our '07 Jetta. Yeah, they'll be hearing from me.
As much as I wanted to catch them joy riding, I'm glad I didn't, then I would be just more pissed off than before.
Thanks for comments, when I have something more exciting to say-I'll share.

I am glad to hear it all worked out for you man. As far as anyone taking their car ( s) to any type of repair shop or the dealership, you should always write/jot down the miles. My father use to sink this into our brains and Now I know why. not necessarily your situation but better to have proof then to sit and contemplate what they did or could have done.
