Default Cluster display problem

i just noticed that the display on the cluster that displays the radio information is out, when I turn the car on the display reads depress clutch to start (something to that affect), once i start th car the display goes black. If I press the reset button on the cluster it displays fuel, battery, oil, etc but then it goes black. what do you guys think it could be, I haven't checked my fuses because I figured if it displays other information means theres no fuses blown(unless theres a seprate fuse for the radio info)

I dont know i have a b5 s4 and have been told the display on the cluster is known to have jacked up pixels. I can second that mine are all messed up too.

there is a button on the bottom of the wiper stalk (right side of the steering column). Push it once, your display should come back on.
