Can someone Brief me on the RNSE for B5
K i got B5 S4 yaddy yaddy yahh.... and i see eveyrone with these RNSE? navigations systems that seem to go with OEM very nicely. These are oem audi right? and can someone explain the prices, where to get, and how well is the navigation and functionality cause i am extremely interested as long as it doesnt cost an arm and a leg.

Yes, they are OEM Audi, if you look at any of the new cars, they have em stock. We need the A6 unit, it a perfect fit, except for the sides being 5mm shorter.
Integration is perfect, I get the turn by turn in the center display. It also works with my Audi iPod adpater, & will work with bluetooth & a added DVD player (to watch movies)
You can get'em on eBay, or from http://www.navplus.us/
You will NEED......
1. Nav unit from a A6
2. wiring harness (for plug & play)
3. Sat antenna
4. Nav DVD
5. Vag-com
6. FARKA antenna adapter
It takes about 30min to install & program. Total cost is around $1500
If you want one cheaper, you can get the RNS-D that WAS factory on the EU S4's, there CD based, and fit perfectly, perfect intergration, bad part the maps are no longer made, so you are stuck with 2004 map CD's all 12 of em. They go for around $500
