Should I buy an extended warranty for my 2005 S4 which has 31k miles on it? Is it worth the $2k (5yrs/75k)?

Most definitely, I grabbed one when I purchased my 04 and it's worth the piece of mind!!

Are you talking Audi CPO warranty?

Bought one with my S4 (bought it used), dealer sold it for around $1500 and it's good for an extra 2 yrs after standard warranty expires and up to 100k miles.

I have mine from One World Warranty. Good for 3 years or 100k miles. I just used it recently and they covered $2400. I've already made up the money I spent on purchasing the warranty.

On a side note, does anyone know if replacing your DVs with the 710n's and upgrading the TBB with a bipipe void your warranty?
