my climate control head unit does not respond to any buttons pushed. the screen works and its stuck on low AC, can turn it off or change temps or vents, where can i get a new head unit, also one button lights up when i push it but it doesnt stay lit up untill i let go?

 

This happened to me. Sounds like one of your buttons is stuck in. Take a flat knife or some sort of tool and try to pull all the buttons out untill you find the right one and your unit starts to repond when you press other buttons. If that doesnt work try pushing each button hard. If these dont work then im stumped.

 

Mine does it sometimes too but when i shut the car off and turn it back on they work just fine its got to be a short in the buttons at least for mine

 

This is a common problem, the buttons get sticky and stay on. What I found works really well is a computer keyboard clean, the spray type. Get yourself a can of that and spray away. It takes a bit of work but it does the job.
