B6-b7 kit with Boser CF hood?
Hello agian,
Anyone know if installing the boser hood (http://www.eurogearusa.com/hoods/02_...iber_hood.html) And the b6 to b7 kit (http://www.lltek.com/hfltek_a4_8e_rs4look.htm) will cause any problems? I see that for the b6-b7 kit you have to put on a small hood extension. I’m afraid that this may not go well with the eyebrow like parts on the boser hood? I would also have to paint the carbon fiber hood then for sure. You think its worth it? or should I just go with the oem hood?

that B6 to B7 kit looks like poop if you ask me
B7 RS4
But to answer your question, that body kit from LLtek uses high stregnth glue to "extend" the hood. You could buy a carbon fiber hood then get the body kit and that would work fine, the extension would just go on the cf hood opposed to the stock hood. And you would certainly have to paint the hood.
"1. Must you purchase a new front hood?
The answer is "No". Included with each bumper is a small hood extension. It's about 6 inches deep times the width of the hood nose. This supplied part is easily attached (glues provided) then blended into the front hood nose section. Once completed the blended section is painted or the entire hood is painted along with the bumper. This blending is the only custom step of the entire installation and is not difficult."
look how far the front of the hood+ grill extends forward past the headlights. hahaha strrrrrange

Well I’m not really getting it to impersonate an RS. I just have a good opportunity Since Irecently got this s4 and its damaged in front.
I was looking around different body kits and that’s the only one that I really liked. The lite version of it is cool too. I was just wondering about the boser CF hood because near the headlamps it’s slanted and it looks like it goes over them and deeper down the hood a bit.
