Audi S4 Car Alarm problem
First off, I want to say hello to all the members here in this forum and that I am now a proud owner of a 2001.5 Audi S4. I bought the car yesterday.
Well here is my problem: my car alarm would randomly go off. I tried opening and closing all doors, trunk, and hood. I've turned off the motion sensors, and my car alarm would still go off. Sometimes every 5 mins to every other hour. Please let me know what I should do to fix this problem. Thanks!

RE: Audi S4 Car Alarm problem
Do you have all of the windows/moonroof closed? Sensors are touchy enough to go off just from the breeze entering the car. Also, you mentioned you turned off the motion sensors? Not sure what you mean, but there is a button on the drivers side pillar that disables the system all together until you unlock the car again. Is it still going off even after disabling?

Same problem here, no luck with any searches.
Pulled fuse#14 but the lights still flash although no alarm horn.
B pillar button didn't help, openning and closing all doors, hood, and hatch didn't help.
VAG showed alarm triggered by door sensors.
Any help?
