I have to ask, and I dont mean this to be derogatory so please dont take it the wrong way, but, having custom seat brackets designed is not what I would call a standard mod and is likely going to be expensive. Second, its going to make transporting someone in the back seat fairly impractical since there isnt much rear leg room to begin with. That being said, how did you buy this car when you knew that you didnt fit in the drivers seat? Why didnt you buy a coupe like an S5 or something larger like an S6, RS6, etc...?

Im not trying to be pessimistic, but I think youre going to have a hard time modifying this car to fit your frame.

During test drive/first week of driving I thought or atleast tricked myself into thinking I was fitting.

As time went on it didnt turn out to be the truth at all. Im stuck with it now.

If there is any body/shop that would know how to get some more room out of the drivers seat is very much appreciated.

Your talking to a small group of people on a forum from all over the world. the chances of you getting the name and number of a shop within 50 miles of you that we know 100% will do it is slim to none. Anything is possible, it might be difficult and expensive but we have told you all we can. now its YOUR job to go search for a shop that will do it. We cant fix it over the internet, but we HAVE done all we can in shareing our opinions

I am 6'8" too and have a hard time enjoying long trips in my s4. I'm roughly 220lbs so the seats fit just fine, however the headroom is a pain and the steering wheel does not extend far enough out. I've been looking at getting aftermarket recaros or OMP/Sparco/Corbeau etc seats and then just getting some VAC floor mounts to adjust the depth and height of the seat mounting locations. That may be the best alternative, unless you absolutely want a factory look.

I know if you get the rs4 seats from across the pond they go lower and sit lower also, from what I hear. But those will run you 2800 for the full set.
